Pattern Cards

  • Reflect the behavior and interests of specific types of visitors
  • Used to classify visitors according to the behavior and interests that they exhibit during a visit

    • Personalization rules implemented

Profile Values

Pattern Card Usage

  • An average score is calculated for each profile during a visit
  • The visitor is assigned the Pattern Card that is the closest match

  • As the visitor navigates through a site, the Pattern Card that is assigned to them can change
